HOUSE OF BOOKS is a digital eBook store. Our standard products are delivered electronically and therefore physical shipping is not applicable to eBook purchases.

1. Digital-Only Products

The products available through House of Books are primarily digital eBooks and digital reading materials. Customers will not receive a physical book, parcel, or printed product for standard eBook purchases.

2. No Physical Shipping

Since eBooks are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipping charges, courier charges, shipping addresses, or physical delivery timelines associated with standard eBook purchases.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, the purchased eBook may be made available through the order confirmation page, download section, and/or the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Digital delivery is generally initiated after successful payment confirmation. In most cases, download access should become available shortly after the payment has been successfully processed.

In the event of a technical or payment-processing issue, delivery may be delayed until the transaction has been verified and the issue has been resolved.

5. Delivery Problems

If you have completed a payment but have not received access to your purchased eBook, please contact us so that we can verify your order and assist you.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and maintaining access to that email account.

Customers should also ensure that their device and software support the eBook format specified on the relevant product page.

7. No Shipping Returns

As standard eBook purchases do not involve physical products, there is no physical return shipping process for these purchases.
